This is the story of the creation of a dream car, the Wision GT silver series. A concept based on the amazing AMG GT Vision.

The idea to this project was born in the aftermath of a former car building project of a Viper GTS replica. In this project the bodywork model was made entirely by hand using fiberboard templates filled with styrofoam in between. The templates was created in CAD based on a laser scanned toy model. The tolerances of the final body was obviously not perfect. It was at this stage that the idea of using CNC milling for the manufacturing of the 3D model templates.
